In memory of Giang Ho

Dear friends,
Just a few days ago, Giang still woke up to go to work, had meetings with her colleagues, and was looking forward to going home to take care of her 3 little girls. On Thursday, Giang's husband drove her to Sibley Memorial Hospital to urgently check on her increasingly unbearable back pain. She kissed her babies good-bye. Little did they know, it was their mother's last kiss.
She never came back home and passed away a little past midnight, August 3rd, 2018. Undetected cancer. She was only 37 years old, a brilliant economist, a loving wife, a loyal friend, and more than anything, a dedicated mom. She left behind her husband, Yen, and their very young daughters, two-year old Mika, and 5-month old twins, Maika and Annika.
The shock and pain we are all going through is immense beyond words. But stronger still is our determination to make sure her family, especially the 3 little girls, are taken care of to the best of our ability.
We are making this page to raise money for her three little daughters, Mika, Maika, and Annika, and contribute to their education and living expenses in the face of enormous financial and other challenges. We know that nothing is going to bring their mother back, but it is the best we can do for them at this point.
