In Loving Memory of Silvia Quilcat

It is with great sadness that I write that Silvia Quilcat tragically passed away in a car accident this morning on her way to work. She was a beloved mother, wife, friend, and was devoted to those she served at Banner, as a Patient Care Assistant, and in life.


Many of us were touched by her in more ways than one. She always carried a smile and put others before herself. Some of us knew her as “Mama Cat” and her ability to make you feel as if you were one of her own. She was the life of the party and brought joy and light to everyone around her.


Unfortunately, we are in a position we never thought we would be in. We have to say goodbye sooner than we thought. Today she leaves behind her dearest husband, son, and two daughters. During this difficult time we are setting up a fund to help out with memorial expenses for her family. If you would like to contribute, click on the donate button and give whatever you can.
