Rosaura "Rosie" Juarez was a beloved Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Employee of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. She is best known for her smile that could brighten up any room. Her positive attitude and toughness is far superior to others. She is a 3x Breast Cancer Survivor. Her contribution not only to  City of Montebello, but Los Angeles County, as part of the Mental Evaluation Teams, will have an everlasting affect. She has made a huge impact in Los Angeles County with providing resources for the homeless population and referring individuals for mental health services. We will forever love and miss you Rosie...Your huge heart and kindness never went unnoticed and will never be forgotten.
