In Loving Memory of Rachel Wallace
I created this Go Fund Me Page on behalf of the My dear friend Nikki Konen and her brother-in-law Robbie Wallace to help them during this difficult time of the loss of her sister, Robbie's wife.
Nicole Konen messaged this morning to deliver news that her beautiful sister Rachel Wallace, a new mother, had suffered complications yesterday evening, and was rushed to the hospital to where she passed away later that evening. This happened only days after delivering her baby over Father's day weekend, and returning home from the hospital with her little family. Everyone was so elated at the arrival of a perfect little innocent baby boy and now is grieving a loss of such magnitude.
My heart yearns for them all; the young mom that will never watch her son grow to be a man, and her small babe that will learn of his momma through pictures and stories, her loving husband that is suddenly a widowed single father of a new born, my friend- her sister that has a bond so deep it can only be separated by this void between heaven and earth, and the parents that could never have imagined to bury their little girl.
During what was supposed to be one of the happiest moments for Rachel, Robert and Baby Wallace, has suddenly turned into mourning and planning to lay their loved one to rest. We can only hope that God will give them some peace at knowing they will one day see her again.
During this time there are so many expenses that build up to be a great deal of money. From the hospital bills, funeral and memorial arrangements, to the burial and then of course living expenses and taking care of a brand-new baby with lots of formula and diapers needed. I know costs will amount to well over $20,000 but hopefully we can raise enough within the next week to help their family not have to scramble and shoulder this burden alone while suffering such immense grief.
No amount is to small or simply sending a loving message that we are all with them in heart and sending our love and prayers. All will be appreciated more than you know. All funds will go to Robert Wallace and Nicole Konen as they will be in charge of the arrangements.Thank you for your support.
