Jairo was a 22-year old college student that was involved in a fatal car accident in San Mateo on the morning of November 13th, 2016. He was loved by many and touched the hearts of all those knew him with his genuine attitude. 

Death is a part of life but sometimes it can be extremely tragic and unexpected. Jairo was one of my best friends and we feel the need to do something for his family.  Nobody was prepared for this to happen, especially not his family. We would like to help them as much as possible by alleviating the financial burden of the funeral and any other costs they are facing now.  Jairo was an immensely popular individual, not only in San Mateo but around neighboring cities as well. I want to reach out to everyone that is saddened by Jairo's death, anyone that spent time with him and anyone that knew him.  His family could use the support of his friends and his community.  Although this is something we wish wasn't real, it is an opportunity to show how we can stand together and extend a helping hand to a family during their time of need.  Donations of any size/amount are appreciated.  We understand that money can be tight at times, but anything helps.  We are trying to raise as much as possible over the next two weeks. Money comes and goes, but it always comes back when it's being used for the right reasons.
