Marlone Carnielli was taken by ICE on December14th, around 5:30am on his way to work, about .5miles from his house in Maynard, Ma. Marlone came here from Brazil 5 years ago, and was able to change his visa status from visitor to a full time student. Few years back Marlone's mother suffered from 2 small strokes  in one day, and went to hospital, and was discharged without a second glance. Few days passed, Marlone's mother fell and he was able to break her fall and brought her to the hospital. She had just suffered another  stroke. The fourth stroke wasn't as lucky, as Marlone arrived home to find his mother unconscious. The fifth stroke, which was the worse, was on her way to leave the hospital, after she was discharged. Marlone's mother was unable to support Marlone's student visa, house bills and medical bills, which meant Marlone couldn't continue going to school, which cancelled his student visa.  Since then, Marlone has been working full time helping and supporting his mother.

We are asking for help on regards to lawyer fees, court fees and bail. As of right now, we are unaware of how much bail will be, but I will keep everyone updated.
