Early Friday morning, the 26th July 2019, Michaela Nevin-Walsh tragically lost her husband, Seamus Walsh. Seamus was a quietly spoken, hard working, gentle, decent and wholly dedicated family man and loving husband.
He was loving father to Orla Walsh and dear step-father to Lakeisha and Marcus Nevin. He worked long and unceasingly to provide a safe home for his family.
Life does not always go to plan, even when you work your fingers to the bone.
Seamus and Michaela had been working so desperately hard for a number of years to set themselves free from a debt that was not of their making. After years of resolute and unflinching hard work, their hard fought target was a mere few months away - culminating in the imminent listing for sale of their family home.
The family were in the middle of finishing the decorating and minor renovation of their Coffs family home prior to putting it on the market. With Seamus gone the family is left grieving, with a part finished renovation to complete along with the funeral and so much else to deal with.
Seamus's sudden death leaves this beautiful family without an income and a home not yet in a fit state to list for sale.
We hope to be able to urgently raise the funds to cover the funeral costs and assist the family over the coming weeks while they come to terms with their desperately sad loss.
