Earlier tonight, I heard the story of a Harvard Business School Professor (who teaches a course in negotiations...) and how he was wronged by a local restaurant that dared to deceptively overcharge him. The full story was reported by The Boston Globe.
After reading the entire email exchange, I fell on the side of the restaurant and suggested on Twitter that people patronize The Baldwin Bar, inside the restaurant, to show their support for a business owner who was unfailingly polite.
Someone (I don't know) asked how they could pay for me to have a drink in their name...so here we are!
