Arlene Soto Memorial Fund

This Go Fund Me is for our dear wonderful friend Arlene Soto's Memorial Fund. Arlene was a 4th grade teacher who loved what she did. She loved her three dogs who she rescued. Arlene was a very generous and unselfish person. She was the wonderful girlfriend of our dear friend Arrowson Phanvilay as most of us have come to known. Unfortunately, this past Monday December 8, 2014, we lost Arlene unexpectedly in a car accident. Anything you can do to show support would be extremely appreciated.
