Iguana Vet emergency

I am desperate to get my iguana to the vet. He is not wanting to eat , he is not using one of his back legs , and he has bumps on his stomach and feet. This is life threatening to him . He was my dads iguana but my dad passed away . I am trying so hard to take the best care of him as I can and I do not have funds to get him to the vet. I have contacted a licensed verertinarian online and he said the bumps could be infection (bacterial or fungal) and symptoms of him not moving his leg indicate MBN (metabolic bone disease) if bloodwork shows low calcium the vet will dispense or administer calcium supplementation . Please help me save his life .
