Police injured in Romero shooting
Donation protected
Two police officers have been shot during a standoff on the Boise Bench Friday afternoon.
Both officers were rushed to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.
On Friday night, Boise police said one officer was in critical but stable condition and the other was in fair condition.
Fund to assist officers and their families.
This fund was set up by Phillip Thompson,Board President and Executive Director , on behalf of the Idaho Black History Museum. We have been working closely with both Ada County Sheriff and Boise Police Department regarding community and police relations. Recently Cheif Bones and Sheriff Bartlett addressed the community at on open forum at the museum. We support our local police and want to do our part to help.

All funds will be donated the families of the two officers on Tuesday November 15 2016.
