Jeffrey McRobbie Can-Am Recovery

Our friend and fellow musher Jeffrey McRobbie was seriously injured when a snowmobile crashed into his dog sled during the 2016 Can Am Crown 30 Race in Fort Kent, ME this past weekend.
Jeff required emergency surgery to have plates and screws put his arm and finger back together, as well as suffering other serious injuries. He has a long road to recovery ahead of him, but we know he has the strength and determination to get back out on the trails as soon as possible!
As we all know, medical expenses will be enormous, add to the fact that Jeff will likely be out of work for some time and he still has a kennel to support despite his injuries. Mushers put our dogs first, and Jeff will do the same... so we as a community need to step up and put Jeff first and help him focus his time and energy on healing himself and let us take some of his worries off of his plate.
We are asking for the community and our dog sledding peers to lend their support to Jeff with donations of any amount. I have been messaging with Jeff, and he appreciates all of the love and support we are sending him and is greatful for all those who can do whatever they can to help.
Jeff also has extended his thanks to the EMT's, emergency personnel and medical staff for their exceptional care of him as well as to the Can-Am Crown officials for hosting an excellent race despite his inability to finish.
Thank you for running with Jeff's team on his race to recovery! Jeff has always stepped up to help his fellow musher, now it's our turn.
