Help Fluffy do his leg surgery!

Please help save my puppy!
Fluffy, my 7-month old pup, has been ran over by a car on Monday 30/07/2018 afternoon as he sneaked out the front yard from under gate and went on the main street.
I was at work when my partner called me just after 4pm, telling me what happened to Fluffy. He was taken to the emergency department of the closest pet clinic and was given a painkiller injection. He then had to be taken to a different clinic on the same day in order to do his x-rays and other checks as well as to be monitored for three days.
Fluffy's x-ray results have shown that he has a couple of fractures; one in the joint and another in the pelvic bone. He also has lots of bruising on the tummy area and a few grazes. For the fracture's he'll need a surgery that will cost $5000; excluding $840 that were paid today as a charge for his x-ray and clinic stay. The vet has informed us that if we cannot afford to pay for the surgery, they'll have to amputate Fluffy's leg! The surgery needs to be done ASAP.
I will be forever grateful for any help that I receive from you guys. I've never imagined that I would be here one day, asking for help. But Fluffy does mean the world to me and I could not bear giving him up for adoption. He's also very attached to us and I cannot do this to him (he wouldn't even eat at the clinic for two days straight unless my partner or I would go there and feed him ourselves). We are quite devastated and it breaks my heart I don't have much to do in order to help the poor thing. :(
