My Brother's House

I'm trying to raise money so my brother can repair his house. The county is threatening to condem it and we simply don't have the means to both make the mortgage payments and swing the repairs. My brother is disabled due to heart and kidney probs & I work 1 full & 2 part time jobs to make ends meet. The house needs siding, roofing, some windows replaced & a new AC unit. The next hearing with the county is the 25th Feb & we would like to be able to show them a plan to progress in bringing the house up to code. It would mean ever so much for my brother to remain in his house & we would be eternally grateful to those who would make it possible. Thank you with all my heart!
