Hunkering Down in Houston

One of our own has been been seriously effected by Hurrican Harvey.  Elizabeth Ramos and all her immediate family, all lifelong Texans, have been devastated by the hurricane that rolled through Houston this week.  Elizabeth calls Pearland Texas home, which is one of the hardest hit areas along the storm's path.  At this time, Elizabeth has standing water in her home.  Attempts to evacuate have been unsuccessful due to the conditions in the area making roads impassable.   Elizabeth is thankfully safe but will be facing enormous burdens once the recovery process begins.  Let's help ease those burdens for her and her family.  

Anyone who has ever had the great priviledge of knowing Elizabeth knows that she is always the first in line to help others.  Along with that amazing sense of humor, she also has the biggest heart and most giving nature.  Even now,  when faced with the unimaginable devastation around her and her own personal property loss, she is working to help to her disabled neighbor find the medical care they need.  Elizabeth truly is the type of person we should all aspire to be.
