Fund Trip Home To See My Sick Mom

Ah, I've never thought I'd go this far to tell the world what's heavy in my heart for the past several years but here goes.
I have not seen my mom for 10 years and I want to go home and see her. The last time I went home was in 2007 and she was still strong and vibrant. But for the past 2 years, she's been in and out of the hospital with various age related illnesses and complications and is very weak, frail, and thin. I just want to go home to hug and see her. We talk on the phone often and all she wants is for me to come home before she "leaves this world" (her exact words).
My current financial situation is not good right now, thus, I'm here needing your help and prayers. I'm also needing medical check-up for weakness in my left arm and left leg. There are times when I have to drag my left leg to walk. I don't know what it is.
The funds will go towards a roundtrip plane ticket from LAX to MNL + domestic flights ($1500 to $2000) Medical expenses and bills for my mom (at least $1500) My own medical check-up ($500)
As a Christian, it breaks my heart that she's not saved. Oftentimes, she gets very upset with me when I mention the name "Jesus". So, deep in my heart, I want to see her before she goes. It might be the last time I'll see her.
