Car to take Atticus to chemo

Hello! My name is Catherine, and my 6 year old son, Atticus, was diagnosed with leukemia when he was just 3 years old, and he has been such a brave kid through it all! He is doing very well with chemo, and will be done with treatment in July of 2015. Unfortunately, the only vehicle I have which I use to take him back and forth to chemo and to the ER in cases of emergency no longer works, and I don't know how I'm going to be able to come up with the money to get a reliable car. Between paying bills and for my education on my own, I just can't afford to buy a car. I don't like asking for help, but I am swallowing my pride to get my son the transportation he needs to get medical care. We don't need anything fancy or new, just a car that we can depend on.  Any help would be very much appreciated, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
