Please help my family through this hard time

Hello everyone, an accident happened in which my mom and my sister were hit by a car coming home. My sister Madlen Koteva suffered life threatening injuries and is still not stable and the chances of recovery are very minimal. I'm looking for support for her and my family in those hard times. Any help would be appreciated!
