Making Memories

Our amazing team of volunteer home visitors also help families to make memories by giving up a couple of hours each week to provide practical support, friendship, advice and the benefit of their own experience.

Feedback from our families describes our volunteers as invaluable, supportive, understanding and reassuring.  Parents say they've gained confidence, become stronger and more independent, and this, in turn, has benefitted their children too, whether through the introduction of routine or help in getting out for those memorable visits to the park.

We would love to do more to help these families, some of whom have struggled to put food on the table.

That is why we are trying to raise at least £1,000 - so we can offer an enhanced service and help more young families make memories that are a pleasure to look back on.
