THE OBJECTIVE
Houston Hope is a collaborative effort with every day people, churches and corporations to provide critical support to Rebuild, Restore and Reset the lives of individuals living in Houston Texas. The missions trip will occur 4 - 8 weeks after the water recedes and restoration services begins for millions of of people in the region Houston. Texas.
We are coordinating efforts to locate 3-5 families to help rebuild, restore and reset their lives in the region. We are coordinating with a church in the region to identify families and/or individuals that desperately need the touch of God and the physical support of our generosity.
Houston Hope will focus individuals and families without insurance, struggling to qualify for federal government assistance and local critical support.
THE PREPARATION
All church and organizational partners will be responsible to organize the collections of funds and new clothes, new household goods, new furniture and building supplies for the restoration of Houston, Tx and individual families in the region.
Each church or organization will be supplied with a trailer onsite at their facility to collect and store donations for for transportations to Houston. The collection period will be 4 - 8 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup and convoy to Houston Texas. We are coordinating the following donations:
New clothing & toys for baby. (Male and Female)
New clothing and accessory for children. (Male and Female)
New clothing and accessory for teens. (Male and Female)
New clothing and accessory for adults. (Male and Female)
Construction supplies to rebuild homes. (Wood, Sheet Rock, Nails, tools, plumbing, electrical supplies)
New furniture and accessories for a rebuilt home.
Donation of Non-Parishable can food items and cleaning supplies.
PARTNERS TRAILER DELIVERY
We anticipate the delivery of trailers to all churches and organizations partnering locations Friday, September 29th. The trailer information includes:
