House Fire Leaves Local Minooka Family Homeless
Donation protected
On Saturday, December 14th, everything changed for the Cracraft family. Their usually quiet neighborhood became abuzz with sirens, firefighters, and police officers there to put out the flames that were shooting up the back of their Minooka home. With God watching over them, the entire family all made it out safely, but with just the clothes on their back. Their home will not be livable for between the next 6-9 months and they currently find themselves living in a local hotel. Although insurance will be paying for the damages and helping them to rebuild their home, they will need to incur all of the initial expenses of food, shelter, supplies, etc. and will then submit all of the receipts to their insurance at the end of the ordeal. That money can really add up quickly and can drastically affect their credit. Let's help out this awesome, local family, and give to them during this holiday season. It can't be easy spending Christmas as a family of 5 in a cramped hotel room with no Christmas tree. Whatever you can give will be so appreciated! Thank you, and may God bless you this joyous Holiday Season.
