Hotel for Mom in London while son has complex op

This is Kyle and his mom Jayne. They live in Stourbridge and Kyle is 18. They both suffer from chronic chron's disease and Kyle has had this now since his early teens. Kyle's Chrons is particularity bad due to the sensitive areas of the body that it affects.
They both struggle on a daily basis, there is limited support. Kyle's dad is no longer around. Othe family support is limited. They are both now very depressed from their illness. They try and stay so positive, instead of feeling sorry for themselves. Kyle is so keen to get out of the house and get involved in education instead of his illness defeating him, but this is not always easy, by any stretch. Kyle is now volunteering with Dudley young health champions a service in Dudley helping other young people that have health issues to provide important feedback on their journey with physical and mental health problems. He is doing this to try and help others in a similar situation. On a good day, he can attend but these days are rare.
He has to have major surgery in London in September 2019 for 7 days and his mom will need to be by his side but as the hospital (St George's Hospital) doesn't have facilities for parents to stay, she will have to stay in a local hotel and they really cannot afford this.
Due to her illness, she is far too ill to work and relies on benefits as her only source of income. Making ends meet at the best of times is hard.
Just Straight Talk CIC (JST) is a support project helping Kyle to become less isolated, increase his mental well-being and help reach his goals in life. We have tried numerous funds available but they have not been eligible for them due to the funds being needed for the adult rather than the young person.
This financial help will be used to book a standard hotel (for a week) within a mile radius of the hospital and any extra would help towards food, travel money and new post surgery gown & pyjamas for Kyle.
