Hospitality for Jazz's Hospital Bill

Friends, as many of you know, Death or Glory's beloved bartender Jazz Ward was hospitalized last week with a life-threatening kidney infection.  Thankfully he's on the mend, but like many of us in hospitality he was without health insurance. Presently, his hospital bills are $35,000 and there are more coming his way.  Every dollar counts. Please help us help Jazz!
