We're embarking on a long awaited voyage for the lost ship named HOPE, will you help us find it?
OUR PROJECT
HOPE is an original sci-fi thriller stage play, set in the distant future. On an 18-month long interstellar voyage, our crew of six happen upon the long-lost and now derelict exploration ship Hope. As an evil influence starts to influence the crew, can they survive?
OUR NEED
Friends, please join us in our fundraising efforts as we mount this exciting and unique production here at Tenth Avenue Arts Center February 10th - March 5th, 2017.
We currently need help with set construction costs, rental fees and cast stipends. We need to raise $5,500 to cover (or recover) the costs of the items.
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAM
First, the director and playwright is a long-time resident of San Diego. Having worked in theater much of his life, this will be his 500th show!
Second, we will be using lights, sound, projection and certain experimental storytelling techniques to build an immersive experience.
We have various donation levels, with some of the higher levels come cool gifts and/or tickets!
