Most services focus on the crisis period, there is little support for women to deal with the long term effects of Domestic Violence.
Hope + Heal is a not for profit organisation that offers FREE weekend residential retreats for women who have experienced domestic violence/abuse.
Women who have experienced domestic violence suffer from long-term physical and psychological health issues including PTSD, anxiety and depression.
Our organisation facilitates empowered living by offering experiences that support self development. We bring together leading experts in the field of wellbeing, finance, trauma, fitness, nutrition, healing, relationships and communication to empower and educate.
Hope + Heal also plans to help those attending the retreats, gain access to ongoing services and support that are available in the community.
Hope + Heal gives the space necessary for inner power to rise.
Our first retreat was in September 2018 and had a 100% success rate with women saying the experience was life changing.
We are holding our next retreat in September and need funding - can you help?
