Hope for Angelo

My name is Angelo Jason De Jesus and this is my story. I was born in the year 2013 with a medical condition called Griscelli Syndrome Type 2. At the age of 29 days old, I was also diagnosed with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis, also known as HLH. I was transferred to Children's Hospital Los Angeles to continue my care and treatment. For the next 6 months, I stayed in the hospital for my treatment for the HLH. When my treatment was complete I needed to be placed in a home. When I was now 8 months of age and was in remission from my HLH I was then transferred to a medical facility awaiting for foster placement or possible adoption. My medical conditions and care required extract work and attention. It was at the age of 1 year and 10 days that I was placed with my mom and siblings.  Although it was difficult at times my mom loved me no matter what. She believes that everyone deserves to have a loving family.  So I became part of her family.  I go to the hospital a lot so they can take care of my health. Recently I relapsed and this time it went to my brain. The doctors are working hard to get me back into remission so I can get a Bone Marrow Transplant.  I need to find a match so if you have never registered please consider doing so because the life you save might be mine. The damage to my brain requires that I  have a tube in my throat so I can breath (trach) and a feeding tube in my belly (Mic-Key). My mom never leaves me alone unless it is necessary.  She needs help to continue to be by my side while I go through this tough time. 
My journey on earth has come to an end. My family now needs help to bury me.
