Going blind; Glaucoma Surgery NEEDED

I am in desperate NEED of help. I found out I have Glaucoma last July, and cannot even afford to follow up....  My vision keeps getting worse, not to mention I'm alone and homeless. I got out of DOC last October and have no family. My mom died with cancer, and  my granny Rantz passed away 2 days after I got out of prison.... Leaving me without the strongest supporters in my life. Any donations will be appreciated and used for my eyes and hopefully a warm place to sleep. I am losing hope.... Please help.
