Home repairs/medical bills

Raising money for my cousin and his wife who are in their eighties and have had a leak in their roof now for several year's and it is getting worse and we have had a lot of rain in NC recently. They have exhausted other avenue's for help and he has had many surgery's so they are still paying a lot of medical bill's.
