Home repairs for helpful family

We are a loving and large family living in a home that was abandoned for 25 yrs. The repairs are needed for my grandsons to have a decent place to live. My oldest grandson is only 4 yrs old, his mother passed away in August of this year.  And my unborn grandson who is due Dec 26th. We are physically able to do all the repairs ourselves but not financially. 
The home is sound but in serious need of repairs. I will share the repairs on my youtube channel Keto Diamond, a channel I mostly use to share my weight loss journey and help others learn keto.
