Home for Ophi and Ori

If I don't find a long term safe place to live, my 4 month daughter will be taken. My caseworker and I have been working for months. She says that Bayside is the best option for us.. But it's over $800 for the telecom fee and application fee and they won't accept any assistance to cover it.. 
I don't expect this to get movement, but please, anyone, PLEASE help me!
