Hi! I'm Zic Kang, a super (un)popular twitch streamer and youtuber, and I'm here to tell you about our second annual Mental Health Charity Stream
Last year we had a friend take their own life. We decided that we should do something to try to help others not do the same. So we did a 24 hour stream where we raised, with the help of the internet, $600 that we donated to The Trevor Project to help LGBTQ+ youth with mental health situations. This year we will be donating the money to CAMH, the Center for Addiction and Mental Health.
At $700, I will be shaving my head bald. Anything past that is amazing and we will be thinking of other insentives during the stream.
We will be streaming on December 16th to the 17th from 5pm to 5pm at https://www.twitch.tv/zickang. Ideally donations will be made during the stream, but if you wish to donate before than that is more than welcome.
