To help reach out to the large number of families and friends affected by Hurricane Matthew in Ayiti(Haiti), we need your support . We are raising this awareness because we believe that it is our duty to not only give a lending hand but to pour out our hearts to those in need and, especially, to our people in Ayiti (Haiti). Hurricane Matthew, a category 4, has recently wiped out many homes and lives in Haiti. And; unfortunately, the storm hit Haiti as the island struggles to recover from the deadly 2010 earthquake.
Hurricane Matthew destroyed as many as 40%-90% of homes and wiped out just about every crop and livestock in the South and North-West of Haiti. The storm brought fecal matters and debris that further contaminates the already unclean drinking water, worsening the cholera, malaria, and typhoid health issues of Haiti. A bottle of clean drinking water will make a big difference in Haiti right now. Your support, in many forms, will help put to the soil of Haiti a better life. Monetary donations, water, hygiene products, towels, blankets, sheets, clothes, non-perishable food items will be greatly appreciated. Nothing is too small. We know that if there is one thing that we will always have, it is strength and unity. We are fortunate to have many things that families and friends in Ayiti are lacking.
