Hip Surgey For a Baby Evee
Donation protected
This is evee, she is a Great Pyrenees and Saint Bernard mix. We are fostering this angel from the National Great Pyrenees Rescue and have gotten to know her for the past four months now. Sadly, she was rescued and was found malnourished and emaciated. She is almost a year now and won't continue to grow much more at only about 40 pounds. Right now she's suffering from Hip Dysplasia (Hip dysplasia in Dogs is a disease of the hip in where the ball and socket joint is malformed. From this means that the ball and its socket don’t properly meet one another, resulting in a joint that rubs and grinds instead of sliding smoothly) it's bone on bone contact right now causing her pain and hard times trying to be a young puppy. She is still very young and will continue to have this problem for the rest of her life. Please help us meet our goal and get Evee the complete hip replacement surgery she needs.
