Support free speech
I m now a believer. I recently hosted Phillip Turner (YouTube-The Battousai)in my area to do 1st Amendment Audits and was present for his arrest in Galveston.
I ve now determined to hold Public Officials accountable by documenting them in public.
Most of my gear is old-I need to get newer cameras (yes plural-because Police will often seize Journalists cameras as a means of harassment),SD Cards and a decent DashCams (which was found to be very useful in Phillips arrest)
Any money's donated will only be used for these purposes and the support.
@Sean Holton How many cameras took down the twin towers? You are the only idiot here dude. Just because there are terrorist acts in the US, does not mean our rights are null and void. There has never been any reports of someone taking pictures before a terroristic attack. Especially not anyone taking pictures in the open, hiding nothing, wearing an orange vest, making no effort to conceal himself. Your paranoia was indoctrinated into you. Photography is NOT a crime nor can it be deemed suspicious. The Supreme Court has upheld this. How about you do a little research on the law before you comment and look like a complete buffoon.
You're an absolute idiot. Security's job is to keep us safe while working inside those gates. I was at that site on 9/11. We were classified as a high target and we were all very worried that day. There were numerous burglarized and stolen vehicles while I worked there as well. I also still live in Deer Park and I understand how dangerous that complex is. I don't want you or anyone else walking around filming the complex, or harassing and distracting people from their job. I realize you may not have anything going on in your life, but that's no reason to come mess with ours. There's a lot of great causes out there, go find one. Just fyi... you might consider yourself fortunate it was security and law enforcement that hemmed you up.
WOW! The BP footage in Houston totally freaked me out! Waaaayyy back my ex (when we were together) had worked as a IT Cyber-Security & Network Architect contractor for 9 years at their Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, Washington locations. It became A HUGE MESS that resulted in him being dismissed from a $250k/year position, being placed on the No-Fly List, subjected to a Homeland Security investigation (sneak & peak which endangered the lives of our 3 German Shepherd dogs that ran relatively free on our 15 acres) & who knows what else that they drempt up. Eventually, after an over year long process & $50k in legal fees to educate & prep a criminal defense attorney he was given a nifty letter from the Attorney General that exonerated him. We framed it for display but it was NOT worth it. They suck ass!!!!!
I have followed faithfully and T totally support everything that you do and believe in.I am very proud for what you and California guardian and high desert community watch do.I am just learning how to work this thing.I will be making donations to you and the other guys very soon.Keep up the GREAT work that you do n I'll be talking to ya soon.
