Help my Dad

4 months ago my dad lost his house due to a tree falling on it. He came to live with me & things didn't work out well, so I placed him into an assisted living home. The only place he could afford on his 1,056 monthly income. I have been trying to fill out paperwork etc. for  help but I keep getting denied any help because he's married  but separated and his wife can't take care of him anymore. she is living in another state now. I have been missing work trying to help my dad etc.  The assisted living place had bed bugs! I placed him in a new facility today only to discover that his wallet was stolen from the previous home he was in. Someone stole it the night before he was going to leave the bedbugs! Now  I'm stuck missing more work trying to fix things. I'm having all sorts of issues dedicating myself between helping my dad & supporting my family. I can't seem to be able dedicate my time to help my dad & support my family. I'm overwhelmed & don't know what to do anymore. any help or advise on getting help would be appreciated. My dad is a Vietnam vet but I am having trouble filling out the paperwork for help because I'm clueless on what I need to do. I also don't have the time to do everything etc.. This has consumed my life, I'm a father of 3 children & have a wife, I'm having trouble dedicating myself to my fathers needs and supporting my family. I feel like I'm drowning
