Philippines Mission Trip

As some of you may be aware, in September, I started the 'Deeper' course at the Well Sheffield. This course has been a lifeline to me having journeyed through an incredibly difficult year.
As part of the course, we have a planned mission trip to the Philippines, which is open to both my children travelling with me.
We will be supporting children in an orphanage and a group of children in the surrounding areas and be part of setting up a children's camp for them to enjoy over the time period we are there.
To be a part of this, we will need to raise £3,000.00.

The year 2018 brought a real shift to our family that the children and myself could not have envisaged. This shift shook our world and caused us to dig deeper into our faith in God and His promises over our lives, the out playing of this was that I felt led to be a part of the Deeper Course at The Well Church(Sheffield) which is where the children and I attend.
The Deeper course involves me delving further into the foundations of my faith and looking at my identity in Christ and gives me the tools that I need to be bold and courageous to step out and grow in confidence with the gifts and talents that have been placed within me.
The foundations of my faith have strengthened and deepened and I see the impact of this on my children and their faith in their personal walk and trust in Jesus.
Since I started Deeper, our family prayer times have been impacted in a huge way and we have seen God's faithfulness in meeting our everyday needs, in answering prayers for healing and in the working out of areas of turmoil. God has answered prayers on the behalf of others and in areas of finance. Despite it being a difficult year, we have trusted God, seen his hand of provision and protection and walked in peace.
The impact that Deeper has had on me has infiltrated into the children and has been incredibly significant as it has caused us as a family to desire more walking in the fullness of Gods promises and in alignment with the will He has for our lives.
Deeper has provided us with an opportunity where we can do this at a new level as a family through the mission trip.
