Tiana's Promise

Tiana Mendez was shot and killed in a double homicide then the shooter killed himself. Tiana left behind a young daughter, a young son and a 3 month old newborn baby girl. Tiana's family has hardly any clothes for the kids. Not to mention school supplies for the two oldest, groceries, a house for the expanded family of three, bottles, diapers, and formula.
