Henri Gaudin Jr.'s Family Fund
Fellow St. John's Prep alumni, Classmates of 1993, Friends, Colleagues, and Ladder 31:
Sadly and unexpectedly, our dear friend Henri Gaudin Jr. passed away. I know most of us are still in shock and as we mourn the loss of our friend, we hope you can support the loved ones he left behind.
Henri was recently engaged. He and his fiancé, Iris are expecting twins in June. In effort to celebrate his amazing spirit, contagious smile, and all of our fond memories of Henri, please join us in supporting Iris, his twins, and family during this difficult time and for years to come!
Please donate for family expenses and babies fund.
PLEASE NOTE: my name shows up as the fund recipient since I created the memorial fund page. However, all donations will go to Henri's fiance. Rest assure that Iris and her twins will be receiving all funds.
With our Deepest Love,
SJP Class of '93
I can't begin to thank you enough for all of your generous contributions to help our little family through this tough time. I can officially announce that these beautiful angels of ours have arrived safely and are thriving beautifully.
Our twins were born on Sunday, May 31, 2015
Chaise Abigail was 5 lbs 13oz 19 3/4" born at 1:05pm
Hunter Henri was 5 lbs 14oz 19" born at 1:06pm
It was a very smooth delivery by cesarian section with no complications. The babies were in great condition and were big enough to go home after the standard time since we all were doing great.
We've got a routine down now, and are on our way to a normal flow in life. These two little angels are all I could have ever asked for. They are so sweet and patient. It's amazing. Henri would have been so in love with these little people. Hunter gets called Henri all the time by mistake, so who knows, maybe that's what he'll go by eventually. It would make sense, since everyone thinks he looks so much like his Daddy. Chaise definitely has some of him too, but most seem to think she favors me a bit more.
I see Henri everyday in these beautiful children, and know he is with us every step of the way down this path of life. I miss him terribly, and still cry every day. I hope I can keep his legacy alive by telling his children all of the things I knew and loved about him. If any of you have fun or special stories you'd like to share about Henri, I'd like to print them up and put them in a book for his children. Please send them to me by email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you doesn't begin to cover how grateful I am for the love and support we have felt from all of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Henri would be so happy to know that so many people love and care for his family.
Please be well and take care of one another. Life is not always fair, but it is always worth it. We aren't promised tomorrow for ourselves or our loved ones. Cherish every moment.
All my love,
