YOUNG MOVEMENT ’15 SERVES SCHOOLS & COMMUNITIES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA YEAR-ROUND. WE FACILITATE POSITIVE LIFESTYLE PROGRAMS IN THE FORM OF PEP-RALLYS, ASSEMBLIES, FESTIVALS, AND YOUTH MENTORSHIP CAMPS. WE DEVELOPED AN ENTERTAINMENT BASED PLATFORM FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO LEARN AND GROW IN TOLERANCE, DECISION MAKING, GOAL SETTING AND CREATIVE THINKING THE SKILL LEVEL IN THE FIELDS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, PERFORMING ARTS AND MUCH MORE.
With the end of the year approaching, our goal is to collect $5,000 by December 31, 2017. The funds will be used to bring motivational speakers, equipment and resources for the students, and raise awareness to achieve better peer relations at the schools.
We want to provide a safe environment where children can go when feeling troubled or bullied. We want to be a resource for parents and care takers who want to help their child who is struggling. We must stop the cycle and be there for our children. It takes a village to raise a child and that is what we are committed to doing.
