Help Save This Art Gallery/Museum!!

In October of 2015, a young man by the name of Milly had the bright idea of randomly opening an art gallery in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland. He doesn't draw, paint or do anything to physically create visual art but 2 months later "The Incredible Little Art Gallery " was born, showcasing various works of art from artists who really didn't have an outlet to be seen outside of social media. Everyone who came to the space to view art or be creative would leave feeling motivated, inspired & amazed that something so rare, fresh & unique was hidden on this little block of East Baltimore Street.

Some months go by, Milly quits his job at Mercedes Benz, newspaper articles are written, fallout's happen, business partners leave, the name changes to "Give & Take: An Artistic Experience" , new events are happening, artists are making money from their creations, everyone is happy then BOOM
(for dramatic purposes only) ..Milly is forced to make some tough decisions, move out & lose the space because some business partners aren't living up to their positions? OR go solo (like Ice Cube) & hustle hard to keep the space he created that many people benefit from?

Enter: The SAND Gallery , S.A.N.D standing for 'Sell Art Not Drugs' (coined by 'B. The Change') who went from intern to co-founder in no time once Milly needed to make some necessary changes. Sell Art Not Drugs is the most important thing to happen to 823 E. Baltimore Street because the name alone has brought much attention and positive energy because people love what it represents. Artists have made hundreds and thousands of dollars from selling their art in this space, many children and adults have celebrated birthdays creatively by learning how to paint and being surrounded by a plethora of visual art & people have even fell in love there (shout out to speed dating & painting). This space has literally been the reason why 2 men (Milly & Creative-Director-Kydd ) have been able to be their own bosses and survive strictly off of creativity + food & air, of course (lol)! Artists can come here to create, display their own art, host their own events & exhibitions etc. (The opportunities are endless!) BUT we hope you're enjoying this story because its not quite over yet, in addition to randomly opening an art gallery.. Milly had another "bright idea" one night when standing outside of a J. Cole concert...

Enter: 'In My Lifetime: Mini Hip-Hop Museum' :: What more can we say? Milly decided to put a mini hip-hop museum on the second floor of 'The Sand Gallery'. Showcasing all things hip-hop from old school vinyl & cassettes to CDs and magazines that most people remember from their childhood/teenage years. You've never witnessed anything like it, read this short Baltimore Sun article --> here.

Now, with all this going on @ 823 E. Baltimore St. (Door A&B) Baltimore, MD 21202.. why would anyone want to leave such a captivating space? Well, the landlord wants to sell... Milly & company considered trying to raise funds to buy the building but now they're thinking that relocating might be a smarter move for new beginnings. So, this gofundme page will serve as a way for people to donate money towards securing a new space, renting moving trucks & hopefully paying at least a years worth of rent at the new location. These funds are needed as soon as possible because a few months isn't a lot of time and there's at least 200 pieces of art hanging on the walls that will need a new home soon. All support is greatly appreciated and 'The Incredible Creation ' will be more than happy to give rewards to those who donate to this cause. You all are the best and thank you for taking the time out to read this! Peace & Blessings...
