Moniloca Medical Fund

When Moni was 15 she had her first bout with herniated discs. The bulging and inflammation of these discs in her spine made it difficult for her to stand, walk and even sit. Moni has continued to suffer on and off with this issue since then. Doctors throughout the years have been unable to get to the bottom of the underlying issue of what caused them or has continued to cause them. This last time it was triggered by her merely picking up her purse. Moni has been unable to work and has been unable to access disability because of paperwork issues. She plans to get an epidural injection to help with the inflammation, but even after this she will not be able to work until she is cleared by a doctor.  To help offset her medical and living expenses until she is able to work again on behalf of Moni I am asking for a small donation. If you ever spun records with Moni, laughed with her, danced to her sets or listened to her radio show please take a moment to give back to someone who has given the community so much of herself.
