Help me cover Delaware Hoops!

Hello all,
My name is Chris Stevens and I am starting a campaign in hopes of starting a small multimedia platform/business.
My goal is to start a news site and podcast to cover high school and college basketball in the state of Delaware. I really enjoy covering the game of basketball in my home state and want to continue to do so on a fair, impartial and entertaining basis, with game coverage/feature stories/special guests.
I also would like take my music podcast "The Groove Line" to the next level. There are 3 episodes currently available, but I would like to make it a weekly, 45 minute to an hour show and in order to do that, I have to move the podcast from Soundcloud to LibSyn.
On LibSyn, I can post shows as long as I want to and have them stored and this will allow for more people to listen and with more listeners, I can secure advertising to fund the show's continuation.
I want to raise the money by November 1, 2017 so that I can hit up pre-season practices. Whatever is raised at that time is what I will work with, but I think we can make this happen.
