Helping The Miller's

Donation protected
Please consider helping out Jayme Miller, mother of four beautiful young girls. Since day one, Jayme had horrible medical issues having her babies. It all started with the doctor leaving a lap pad in her stomach for months after delivering her first daughter.  This went undiagnosed for months until she almost died.  Finally, they removed it after it ruptured her bowel.  Jayme had to be fed through an IV for months and months while taking care of her newborn baby.

Since then, she has suffered with multiple ulcers and many other stomach issues for the last 12 years.  Believe it or not, since this horrible experience, she did go on to have 3 other beautiful girls (yes, she had lots other medical issues along the way as well).

Last night, Jayme was taken to the emergency room because an umbilical hernia had caused a blockage in her intestine.  She has dealt with severe pain on and off for the last few years and can deal with a lot of pain, but that pain she was experiencing last night was excruciating.  She had no choice but to be operated on immediately or the results would be deadly.   As you can imagine, her body has endured lots of trauma over the years and she was extremely scared to go back under the knife for another surgery.

So off she went for emergency surgery at 2am over night.  Laying in a prep room, Jayme was very scared.  Knowing  what she knew from her previous traumatic experience, she was terrified.  Her amazing husband was at home comforting their 4 daughters who are so scared for their mom.  Jayme wished she could have him by her side, but she knew he had to be with their daughters.

The Miller's moved to Florida in July of 2017 to chase their dream of raising a family by the beach.  The cost of raising a family in CT and having one sporadic income due to the Union laying off her husband for months at a time helped make their decision to move to Florida a little easier.  With that being said, they are down there with  no immediate family near by to help.  It's a good thing they are such a kind and loving family, but new friends can be hard to find.

Due to her hospital stay and being sent home on bed rest for an undetermined amount of time.  Her husband will be off from work during this time with no pay.   They won’t be able to make their rent payment and provide groceries for their family.  As it is, its' hard to survive on one income, but they are making the best of their situation.  Always providing their children with love and a roof over their heads at night.

Please consider helping make their lives a little easier by donating anything you can.  Even if it's only enough to order a pizza for dinner, they would really appreciate anything you can do.  We know everyone has hard times, but at least we have our health.
