Helping Gator

We are helping  our teammate and friend Tom "Gator" MacFadden.
His home is not livable in it's current condition and he is not able to afford the work needed.

These repairs will change his life for the better and give him a new start.

Repairs are already underway.
Tom G, Randy, Dennis and I have provided all labor free and will see the project through to completion.  

Every penny donated would be for materials for the project.  We have been able to get a special discount on some materials at a local lumber company.  We have used Craigslist to obtain items and our own items we had at home that we could use.  We are trying to make every penny count.

Interior Painting 95% Complete Trim needs a second coat 
Bathroom Installation 80% Complete - Vanity with sink and toilet install in the next day or so
Flooring - Bathroom - Waterproof vinyl planking installed.  Front room and bedroom carpet being purchased.  Kitchen, hall and utility room flooring complete.
Central heating system - Furnace Purchased - Ductwork Being Installed
Kitchen Cabinets - Install started
Range, and kitchen sink purchased
Water Treatment Installation for iron-fouled well - Equipment Ordered
