Roland has been battling leukemia for the past few years. He has had inifitinte doctors appointments, many rounds of chemotherapy, and 2 bone marrow tranplants. He has lived the last 3 years mostly in 3 different hospitals, away from his home. He has shown the epitome of strength and faith. He has a wife and young daughter that have been with him day-in and day-out through this whole process. He is surrounded by family and friends who love him dearly. He has likely come to the end of his journey. Roland has now been placed on comfort care. After years of heartache and hard times, Roland is beginning to make his journey home and will finally be at peace.

I want to raise money for this family. They deserve so much more than anything I could personally give. They are so strong in the face of something so incredibly terrible. They are losing their rock. A provider. A father. A husband. I want to ease their minds and provide them with means so they can grieve without the stress of how to make ends meet.

He loved his friends and family so much. In particular, he loved his wife, Lilibeth, and daughter, Mia. He lived for these two.
