Helping Mel get the surgery she desperately needs

I need help. I have daily chronic pain stemming from an issue with my salivary gland and an auto immune disease. I have spent thousands of dollars to get as far as I have in my treatment. I had amazing insurance and paid a lot for it, but my awesome new corporate job that I left being a chef for, fired me, for reasons completely and utterly out of my hands. I lost my insurance the same week my surgery is scheduled for, 02/22/2019. I need the surgery now. I have dealt with this issue for almost 10 years. It hinders my day to day life and happiness. My pain level is at an 7/8/9 every moment and worse in others. My face swells up so much that my neck closes and I have to be injected with steroids. I have managed to reschedule my surgery appointment instead of fully cancelling, which will protect the money I have already paid out, bc if I can’t get the surgery soon, all that money will be forfeit. Please help me. I don’t need any additional money, and yes I’m looking for a new job, yes I’ve filed for unemployment, yes I’m selling some of my stuff. My wife is now pulling the full weight of the bills. I just need the surgery. Please. I even have all the after surgery meds. The surgery was literally scheduled for tomorrow; Friday 02/22, as I sit here in tears on Thursday 02/21.
