Help Jim Michaelson be a cancer thriver!
I prefer to refer to this as a celebration of Jim Michaelson, my husband, friend and life partner. One of the original Disney Imagineers, those in the theme park industry acknowledge him for his creative genius and marvel at the many amazing birdseyes, POV's and masterful pieces of art that he has contributed in that arena for over 40 years, ever inspiring others with his positive, uplifting and caring demeanor.
Since August of 2017 when we initially learned that Jim had prostate cancer, we have chosen to forego the traditional medical practice entailing chemotherapy and other invasive treatments. Instead, he has been following a regimented protocol, entailing a prescribed diet and incorporating a wide variety of herbal supplements and other alternative remedies.
Though a recent MRI indicates that we have made some progress, there remains some cancerous nodules which require a more pronounced approach and a "no stress" lifestyle.
This being the case, we are now working with a woman with over 20 years experience, who offers advanced technologies, a strictly plant-based diet and myriad of products infused with plasma, resonance and radionics, which have proven to be successful in reversing a variety of health conditions, including prostate cancer. This is an intense program, requiring 100% focus and entails an expensive protocol. And, as with all other alternative healing modalities/regimens, it is not covered by medical insurance.
With Jim's current inability to work, we have had little income over the past couple years and have long since depleted our savings. Therefore, we are now asking our family and friends for help.
I have always appreciated the concept that Go Fund Me represents. Numbers of people donate whatever feels appropriate, with gratitude, allowing for whatever is to be.
