Helping hundreds of cats

I have thought a long time about asking for help for these aniamls.  Our group is very small (volunteer wise) but we help hundreds of animals every year.

Every animal we take in gets completely vetted (Spayed/Neutered, FELV/FIV tested or Heartworm tested, all vaccines are current, flea/heartworm prevention every month, and microchipped).  We never euthanize for space. We always take our aniamls back if a situation arrises that the adopters can not keep the animal.  

Every cat that we take in (300-400 per year) costs us well over $120 to do the standard vetting.  That is if the cat is healthy and stays that way.  If they fall ill, we see the vet again and make sure we take care of any issues they may have (upper respiratory, allergies, skin issues etc).  The unfortunate part is we have a hard time getting more than a $75. adoption fee for them.  So every healthy cat costs us about $50 more than the adoption fee covers. Our bills are mounting and we are at a point that we may have to close our doors if we can not get some help. We love what we do, can you please help us?
