Hello Everyone,
I first off want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for even taking a moment to look at this page.
Some of you may know and some may not but my dear friend Holly Gray (who is like a sister to me) was recently diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. Holly is 31 years old currently living in Knoxville, TN with her high school sweetheart her husband Nick Gray.
Holly and Nick have had a challenging last few years with many different trials in life. Nick is a Army Veteran (he served 5 years- some of which were at war overseas). Holly and Nick had to move back to there hometown in Kentucky where family is and finances became challenging after Nick retiring from the Army. Holly and Nick moved to Knoxville where Nick received a job offer that would hopeingly give them some relief of financial issues. Holly and Nick recently in the last 6 months have been dealing with infertility and were told they sadly will never be able to have children. This has weighed heavy on both of their hearts. After finally coming to terms with all of what has happened in the last few years they both stayed positive and are people of God! Holly is a women of God who will always be willing to share her testimony to help anyone. In the last 6 months Holly has been through so many medical appointments and medicines to figure out what was going on and she still stayed positive with a smile on her face because she knows God will heal her! Holly and Nick do have health insurance, but now with Holly’s diagnosis she will need to take a pill every day for the rest of her life, and have labs drawn every 3 months. Nick has had to take time off of work to be with the love of his life through this and each doctor visit money is being paid, which is setting normal every day bills behind.
Holly and Nick are not “handout” type of people and it took a lot for me to be able to get this going for them. We ask that if anyone can help donate anything to this beautiful couple to help financially with medical bills & normal house hold bills till they can get back on their feet it would be very much appreciated. If you are unable to donate please just say a little prayer for full healing!
