While his wounds may have healed, recovery is a vital step in the healing process. At just 5 months old Hadi doesn’t have use of his back legs, this doesn’t stop him from wanting to play with dogs or love on humans. He was found wandering the streets of Jordan and now he has a chance at getting better so he can live life to the fullest and find a family of his own. Being so young I’m cautiously optimistic that he will be able to get the help he needs to have at least partial use of his hind legs as he does try to use them.
Hadi needed a CT scan in order to see a neurologist to find out if the bb-like bullets in him can be removed/what the best course of action is and whether he’s allowed to scoot around in his own or if he’s a candidate for a wheel chair (don’t want the objects in him to move around so need the guidance of a professional before ordering). He will also need a full urine analysis to see if he has a bladder infection since he cannot fully empty his bladder on his own currently.
